When our RCD in our Consumer Unit kept tripping we went through the basic checks but didn’t manage to solve it. We then knew we’d have to call in a trusted expert. Although I texted you on Wednesday evening and you already had your next day planned I didn’t expect you to be able to visit so soon. Coming over to us late afternoon on Thursday was very welcome, and although our system had a complicated setup for you to deal with, I was so pleased when managed to resolve the fault within an hour. Thanks also for replacing the halogen down lighter with an LED – the light is so much brighter, and we were pleased to hear that this is more cost effective to run.
